When we started our renovation, I wasn’t sure how much we’d use Bernie’s expertise, as we had loads of ideas, many of them (seemingly) fixed.  But once we began, it was clear that how much value Bernie added to the project and therefore how much value she’s added to our home.  From drawing our attention to scale and visual balance and thereby adjusting window/door heights and locations, to stone bench top, paint and carpet colour selections, to enabling us to access the world of subcontractors, furniture and lighting suppliers she works in, and finally encouraging us to take leaps of faith to create the “wow” factors throughout our home.  She was an invaluable part of our renovation project and has helped to create a stunning home.  Thanks Bernie.

Having our investment property settle 16 sleeps before Christmas, we were a little nervous about how we could fully furnished the property (with the right budget) so it could be leased out before Christmas.
Bernadette has coordinated the whole project, from start to finish, from colour selection to placement of the furniture; she made the task worry free for us.

In the end, the apartment was ready to be rented 5 days after settlement. It is in a reddish theme and full of Christmas joy. With her fabulous work, the apartment was leased 4 days after completion. (7 sleeps before Christmas!)

I would recommend Bernadette without reservation. You really are a pro!
