The initial consultation will include discussions regarding your intended goals and objectives of the project. This may include building, renovations, custom designed joinery, furnishings, upholstery, colour and décor. A total of two hours would usually need to be set aside for this meeting. Price is $450.00 for the first 2 hours. Rate for each hour thereafter is $180.00 per hour. Payment for the initial consultation is to be made on the day.
This fee covers ongoing professional consultation including travel time, meetings with clients, architects, engineers, builders, tradespeople and suppliers. This also incorporates conceptual design, space planning, colour, drafting, sourcing of products, selection of fixtures and finishes, architectural details, fabrics and furniture. Payment for hourly professional costs is 7 days from invoice.
