We hired Ferrari Interiors to decorate our lounge, dining, entrance and master bedroom. Bernadette has a great eye for detail, style and function. She soon works out your individual style and works to that while providing professional insight and honest opinions. In addition she assisted us with curtains, wall and floor colours and recommended good quality contractors. We would never have been able to come up with the right furniture selection, placement, curtains, fabric selection and colour pallet without her expert help. All timelines were met and she coordinated all contractors and deliveries and certainly makes life easier. Bernadette goes the extra mile for her clients and we are very happy with the result.

We approached Bernadette at Ferrari Interiors to help us decide on a style and colour palate for our townhouse development. We have no experience with building or styling a home and didn’t know where to start. From the moment we met Bernadette she made us feel comfortable and immediately understood our needs. At every meeting she was approachable, helpful and most importantly, extremely knowledgeable. Bernadette provided us with exactly what we needed: insights into products and materials, great suggestions on colours, tiles, floors, appliances, pricing and everything else! Last year, we became ‘empty-nesters’ and ‘downsized’ from our large family home into a newly purchased city fringe apartment. Having moved a number of times around various cities in Australia as our family grew up, we had progressively acquired an assortment of furnishing styles. Buying our apartment represented a great opportunity to refurbish with a deliberate theme with the help of an interior designer. It would be a first time involvement with designers and was going to be a reasonably big assignment – totally redecorate and furnish our 2 storey apartment before we were due to move in. So choice of designers was very important to us. We searched via the internet and sought initial briefings from a couple of local designers. We chose to proceed with Bernadette Ferrari who was enthusiastic right from the start – she made suggestions straight away that resonated with us, and took lots of photos from which she developed a range of concept themes. She guided us through selection of the final over-arching concept, choice of colours palettes, selection of furniture, lighting and decor, and furniture placement. Bernadette also looked after sourcing all the items including custom made pieces, and even taking delivery and setting out the furnishings ready for us to just move straight in. As part of our project we also undertook renovation of bathrooms and kitchen, as well as new flooring and window furnishings. Bernadette was able to provide contacts for undertaking all of this additional work. All the contractors Bernadette recommended proved reliable, experienced tradesmen delivering quality work. Bernadette helped to ensure good co-ordination of the whole project. When we started our renovation, I wasn’t sure how much we’d use Bernie’s expertise, as we had loads of ideas, many of them (seemingly) fixed. Bernadette designed my home as though she was designing her own but with careful consideration to my own personal tastes and functionality requirements. She was creative in her ideas concerning both the structural and interior design work down to the smallest detail.
