A complete refurbishment of this apartment within Melbourne’s historic Herald and Weekly Times building was carried out on an extremely tight deadline. Reconfiguring the layout to incorporate a European laundry and more functional 2nd bedroom whilst custom cabinetry was installed throughout to provide ample storage space. A soft neutral palette in taupe and grey was used throughout with textured wallcoverings, timber floorboards and stone benchtops. Custom upholstered headboards in the bedrooms provide a sense of space and luxury. Mobile bar/bench units were positioned across the windows in the light filled kitchen living area to sit and take in the views.
